Building relationships with clients is our top priority. This is why we limit the number of families and organisations we work with, allowing us to provide more targeted and robust service.

Our approach isn't new. It's actually quite old. It's a return to a different kind of service model, one where you are comfortable reaching out at any time for answers to questions. A relationship that brings value to you beyond simply the sophisticated work of managing investment portfolios.

We take pride in developing a deep understanding of our client needs, whether it is a foundation raising money for a capital project or a family saving for their child's education.

Craig Swistun, CIM®, CAFA®, RGD

Craig brings over 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry to the table. Over his career, he has held leadership roles in a variety of organizations that have focused on meeting the needs of both individual and institutional investors. He is the founder of Lexicon Financial Group and established a relationship with Raymond James Investment Counsel in August of 2020.

 

Craig has extensive experience writing and speaking about issues related to the wealth management business. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager, Certified Agricultural Farm Advisor and Registered Graphic Designer professional designations.

 

Since 2020, Craig is a member of the Development Advisory Committee for Prosper Canada (a national charity dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for people with low incomes in Canada).

 

Originally from Winnipeg, Craig lives in Toronto with his wife and two children. He is an active D-1 certified competitive youth hockey coach. Except during the pandemic, of course. Craig also speaks French.

Wayne Hendry

Wayne focuses on building relationships. For him, providing the right solutions and client service is good, but delivering a superior client experience based on a strong client relationship is better.

 

Originally from South Africa, Wayne graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Social Science in political science and economics. He has an international perspective, having lived on three continents. He has significant experience in implementing successful business development strategies across a wide variety of industries. As a diplomat, Wayne did business development and relationship-building for the new South Africa. During his time at the South African Embassy in Washington, D.C., he had the honour of writing speech notes for President Nelson Mandela during his first visit to the United States in 1994.

 

Wayne is working towards his Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) designation. In his free time, he enjoys being a foodie. He speaks English, with a dash of Romanian, Afrikaans and Xhosa thrown in for good measure.

Aman Dubey

Aman is the team's Portfolio Support Associate, where along with the administrative responsibilities, he will be also assisting the team with Portfolio Analysis and Investment Research on various Investment Products.

Originally from India, Aman graduated from University of Mumbai with a Bachelors of Financial Markets. Having moved to Canada in 2013, he completed his post graduate certificates in Financial Planning and Project Management.

Having started his journey in the financial services industry in 2015, Aman has worked with Independent Financial Advisors to help them meet their clients and business needs. In pursuit of his professional development, Aman has completed Level 1 of the CFA program.

In his leisure time, he enjoys exploring new cuisine and watching sports like Soccer, Football etc.

Our Investment Team

Lexicon Financial Group is part of the Raymond James Investment Counsel Ltd family of companies. As such, we have access to the full scope of investment tools, research and support of the entire Raymond James organisation. While we are fiercly independent and responsible for managing our client accounts, we collaborate with investment colleagues in other offices. This team meets regularly to discuss changes taking place in the capital markets and to review strategies. Sharing information in this way makes each of us stronger, which ultimately benefits our clients.

Antoine Natale, CIM®, FCSI®

Antoine is a portfolio manager at Raymond James Investment Counsel Ltd. with over 20 years of experience in asset management, looking after both individual client portfolios and managing a global multi-strategy alternative fund.

 

Antoine is a regular speaker for the Montreal Exchange and the Options Industry Council (OIC) at conferences or options training sessions. Antoine has contributed for many years to the development of the derivatives and alternative investment community. Antoine is certified in derivatives trading, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), and a Certified Investment Manager (CIM®).

Ian Osler, CFA

Ian’s background in financial services began as an institutional equity analyst in 1980. Since that time, he has become a licensed Portfolio Manager with a practice focused on helping high net worth clients manage their wealth through a rigorous value based investment strategy.
