How to login to your website:

  1. Go to: https://vdy.prod.digitalagent.app/

  2. ‘Email Address’: Type your email address in the field.

  3. ‘Password’: Type your password in the field.

  4. Click the ‘Sign in’ button.

How do I change my password?

  1. Click the "Hello Account Name" to open a drop-down menu located in the top right corner of the toolbar.

  2. Select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu. 

  3. Change your password on the ‘My Account’ page by:
     

    1. ‘Your current password’: Adding your current password to the field. The first time, it’s “Test12345”.

    2. Your new password: Pick and add a new password to the field.

    3. ‘Confirm your password’: Add your new password to the field again. 

  4. Click the ‘Save Password’ button.

What if I forgot my password?

You can reset it from the Login dashboard.

Login window:

  1. Click ‘I forgot my password’.

  2. ‘Email address’: Type your email address in the field.

  3. Click the ‘Send password reset link’ button.

The Digital Agent platform, also known as the content management system (CMS), will send a reset link via email. When you get the email, click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
