Louis DeCuir specializes in investment management, comprehensive financial planning, and group retirement and deferred compensation plans. He enjoys developing customized strategies to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals, and strives to provide his clients with conflict-free advice. 

He was formerly an environmental engineer and is a retired U.S. Navy officer.

Louis holds the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist^SM designation and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  He also holds securities and insurance licenses in numerous states.

Glenn Hersch is the founder and President of Hersch Financial Group, a partner firm of Clearity Capital. He focuses on comprehensive retirement planning and investment management for families and individuals. He has over thirty years' experience in the securities industry and enjoys helping clients work toward their financial goals.

He was formerly the manager of a menswear store, Director of Sales for race horse ranch, and a professional singer. He served in the U.S. Army.

He is a graduate of Valparaiso University and Southern Illinois University and holds securities licenses in numerous states.
